"I stopped into Stages West mainly to..."
I stopped into Stages West mainly to look at boots, but I ended up wandering through the hats and shirts too. They actually had a solid mix of western stuff, and I’ll admit, more brands and styles than I figured they’d carry.
I’m giving it 4 stars because a few things I liked were missing sizes, which was a little annoying. Still, for a place that doesn’t look like it would have quite that much variety, the selection was good and easy enough to browse

"Shipping was alright, but the answers were all over the place"
I ordered from Stages West and the item did show up in good shape, so I can’t really complain about that part. Shipping just took a few days longer than I expected, especially compared to some other places I’ve ordered from recently.
What bugged me more was getting inconsistent answers when I tried to check on it. One response made it sound like it was about to ship, then another made it seem like it had already gone out. Tracking was decent once it updated, so at least I knew it was still coming, but the whole thing felt a little slower and more confusing than it needed to be.

"Customer service was helpful"
I had a quick question about sizing and they got back to me fast, which I appreciated. There was also something with my order that needed fixing, and they took care of it. I just wish I’d gotten updates a little sooner, but overall it worked out fine...

"I popped in while I was in..."
I popped in while I was in town and, the staff was just super nice. They helped me figure out the right boot size and, you know, didn’t make me feel pressured or anything. The store had a lot to look through too, so it was easy to find something I liked. I’d definitely stop by again

"Pretty easy shopping experience"
In my experience, stageswest.com was really easy to shop on. I didn’t have any trouble getting around the site, and I found the boots I wanted quickly. Checkout felt straightforward too, without any confusing steps or frozen pages. It also loaded well on my phone, which I personally appreciated. I’d shop there again

"Fit worked out well for me"
I’d say it was mostly true to size, it fit me about how I expected and I didn’t really have any issues with it, so overall I’m happy with the fit.

"Good prices, but I’d appreciate some compensation"
Overall, the prices are good for what you get, and I do feel like it’s worth the money. That said, if there’s any issue or inconvenience with the order, I’d definitely expect some kind of compensation or a small gesture to make it right.
